Add the DeftSharp.Windows.Input project #4524

Hello! I am developing an open source library that allows you to easily interact with mouse and keyboard events. For example, you can subscribe to press any button, or on the contrary, prohibit its pressing. The project is currently under active development, it is already available on Nuget.

I have created tasks for people who want to contribute to open source development and I will be glad to any support!
