Create seo-4-devs.yml #4610

I will add more, but I'm starting with an extra easy project that's suitable for a lot of frontend devs looking to dip their feet into the water.

One thing that makes this slightly tricky is understanding how to trigger an input change on a form element. I've documented the steps necessary to complete the task and provided screenshots.
