SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENT: Install and Setup guide ready for v2 launch

I Plan to add one extra worksheet on the settings helper spreadsheet to make it more intuitive which settings go where.

Improvement to spreadsheet when copying and pasting JSON as excel tends to mess up the formatting then copying and pasting from spreadsheet at present :(

3 Videos to be filmed for Youtube:

• installing and getting it running with basic default setup
• getting the most out of it by adding extra field mappings
• getting a dev environment set up (including getting the build script working) for those that want to develop it with me.
