Hum, it seems like a bug of Chrome itself, cuz when I lost my ext tab, I also lost the other ext tabs as well. For me, I opened a new blank tab and open dev tools in that tab and it gonna work later on.

Have you tried to restart the browser, then open a new blank tab, in that new blank tab, open inspection devtool, and check if the ext tab is there?

Yes, it appears now. Hopefully it will stay there!

我这里复现栏同样的异常. 部分网页打开控制台后, 找不到选项卡
