Moodle VPL plugin #150

We've had a request for the Moodle VPL plugin - I'm not sure exactly what it is, maybe this one: https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_vpl?

I'll ask António to confirm details, and we can use this issue to track it.

Hi Allan,

This Moodle VPL plugin is a suggestion from Antonio and Mariolio Cardoso. This last one used it in their class.

Could you push this request in order to implement some content with this plugin as soon as possible?
