Add missing translations #83

There are missing translations in important places. In the home page, there is the enrolment form. I have my language set to Polish but I still see "Course Code" as the field's name and "Enroll" as the button's label. It's similiar for some other languages.

@michzimny Not sure of the best way to handle this. Ideally we'd want translations to go in upstream, for which there are defined processes (https://lang.moodle.org, https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Translating_plugins), but it probably takes a while for things to filter through.

Alternatively (well, additionally), we could add our own translations locally (/data/moodle-moodledata/lang or, inside the container, /var/moodledata/lang) and generate diffs to be applied by the Dockerfile - that would be more awkward administratively, but faster to get into use.

Any thoughts?

@michzimny What do you think about this issue for updating the production deployment? If you can see, I've added a few labels to tag issues for their status with regard to the update - which do you think is appropriate?

@athird or @nadavkav, would you be able to provide a procedure for project partners to update or fill up missing translations? For instance, extract relevant stuff from the upstream translation procedure, put some files to our github repository (a new one, I think). Then we could ask people to provide translations. Otherwise, it would be pointless for each partner to study the upstream translation procedure on their own.

This is an improvement suggestion from external users, so we shall be able very soon to report what's the status of this job.

Their is a Moodle HQ have a special system (web site) for suggesting new translation to each language: lang.moodle.org. To contribute new translation, you can use the following guide: https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Contributing_a_translation Do note that each language has a maintainer, and only she/he approve the suggested contributed language suggestions. and their is no guarantee that all the suggestions will be accepted.

If you'd like to get localized translation, that applies only to the Up2U project and its unique "language" you can ask the members to send translation to you, and you can upload it locally, directly, into the Up2U Moodle instance, at the System Admin > Languages > local
