This is an improvement suggestion from external users.

Improve user experience. Avoid copy-and-paste procedures as the software could manage passing the required information on its own.

Is there anything we could do regarding that?

@michzimny I 'm trying to have some preformatted fields (like name, institution etc) but I'm waiting for the new WordPress version (v.5) that it will be launched on 27th of November.

@Dimitrispant, it would be nice if you found some time next week to describe, in a few sentences, how we're addressing this suggestion. We need that for D7.3 to explain what we do based on the suggestions. I will provide a place for such a description.
