Corrected Alignment for GaN HEMT and added GaN D-HEMT, GaN E-GIT and GaN D-GIT #19

The upper and lower vertical bars of the channel of the GaN E-HEMT were different in length by one raster unit. Also added D-HEMT and both GIT versions.
