What problem are you facing?

I'd like to bootstrap a config package creation. up xpkg init is great but maybe we can create some more sensible defaults?

How could Upbound help solve your problem?

Use the latest Crossplane / UXP version as default
Use upbound/provider-aws and it's latest version as default
create a skeleton for composition.yaml and definition.yaml
