Update crossplane dependency to get support for building xpkg with function deps

Description of your changes

• adds support for v1beta1.Function in lint and build for xpkg

How has this code been tested

• make test

• For xpkg building specifically:

  1. Created a directory example
  2. Added the following crossplane.yaml to that directory:
