up configuration list returns 10 items, all exist in my Upbound organization. But there are around 30, i.e. 20 are missing.

I double checked that I am in the right org. up configuration get <some-name-not-among-the-10> worked fine.

Log into the update organization.
Compare output of up configuration list with the UI list.
