Events with missing venues get assigned to Barcelona park #11

Add form validation to require a venue, and make it much more obvious that it's a required field. Also, why that particular venue? No idea. Need to look into it.

Looks like it's happening so often because people are typing a venue name into the Venue field, but then never choosing one in the autocomplete dropdown, which does a lookup for a venue with a blank Foursquare ID, and weirdly there was one: a park in Barcelona.
