Paratext: Author should be an object field #111

This field which you just added should function as an object field just like Title Page : Author Filter.

Maybe change its name to have Filter on the end for clarity?

On the user side, a new Filter should be added to the drop-down list, just below "Author (Title Page)" and it should be called "Author (Paratext)" and should search on this new field. Nothing needs to change in display of records since this is already handled by the way paratexts display.
