Filter for "Dedicated To..." ; "Dedicated From ..." ; "Commendatory Verse -> Written By ..."

(This may mean creating the People table that we had previously discussed -- then the person can be slotted into Printer, Publisher, Bookseller, Dedicatee, Dedicator, Commendatory Verse Writer, etc.)
