Add supra-categories in Imprint Location (A, B, C, etc.) with subcategories indented as in Stationer search #129

Also add "Any" and "None" at the top followed by a blank line

In the filter drop-down, we have ONLY the non-London cities plus the following categories:

A-B (Paul’s Churchyard) C (Newgate Within) D (Newgate Without) E (Smithfield) F (Aldersgate Without) G (Aldersgate Within) H (Cripplegate and Moorgate Within) I (Cripplegate Without) N (Cheapside) — is Watling St in Cheapside? O (Royal Exchange) P (Leadenhall) Q (Ludgate) — but note Q6 is Blackfriars but not Ludgate?? R-T (Thames St) V (Holborn) W (Fleet St) X (Westminster)

Then, in the display, we retain the current, more detailed information.

This would entail changing the admin field, "Stationer: Imprint Location" to "Stationer: Imprint Location Display", retaining the data, and then adding a new field, "Stationer: Imprint Location Filter" (which we would add data to)
