Ordering of Authorial Status filter choices #147

The "of x" choices are in the wrong place -- they should be moved as a block into proper alphabetical order.

It looks to me like this might be the result of some automated alphabetizing system based on what I see at

but I'm not sure. If so, the system is not simply ignoring "of", because the choices are not properly alphabetized even if you ignore "of" -- all of the "of" items are placed at the end.

They should all move, as a block, to between "Minister" and "Orator of the University of Oxford"

Ignore "the" when alphabetizing -- "of the Mont" should alphabetize like "Mont", for example.
