Change the following data fields to Object fields (like Authors) #166

The following fields should work like Authors or "Title page company filter" do -- as objects that can be added or deleted, with the little + sign for adding an entirely new object:

Title Page: Author Filter Genre: Playbook Attribution Paratext: Author Stationer: Colophon Stationer: Imprint Location Stationer bookseller Theater Author Status Play Type: Filter Filter Genre (Annals) Filter Genre (BritDrama)

With the way they currently work, we occasionally can break things by putting in a term with/without a capital letter or with/without a space after the semicolon, it seems. Hence they would be easier to work with as object fields since typos become impossible with that system.
