Bug: "Also Appears as a Bibliographically Independent Playbook" link does not work #191

Have a look at this page:

https://deep.pennds.org/5147.03/

Now click the "1605" in "Also Appears as a Bibliographically Independent Playbook"

The new page does not load because the URL is incorrect.

Currently it points to https://deep.pennds.org/5147.03/407 -- which is not a DEEP URL

It should point to https://deep.pennds.org/407

So the algorithm for generating the URL linked to "Also Appears as..." just has an error in it
