"Collection contains:" returning incorrect version of item title

This is odd: these two titles have been updated -- in every place: Item Specific Title and Title.Title (and this has propagated through Edition.Title as well) -- so I am not sure how the Collection Contains field is pulling an older version of the titles of these works. You can see the new versions if you click on the titles in Collection Contains:

Same thing here:

If you click those individual titles in the Collection Contains field, you'll see they now have different titles, but this is not flowing to the Collection Contains field.
