Icons for SPP, Coll, PiC in results table #212

This would allow users to see in the list of results what the "Record Type" for each result is.

These icons could replace the fake "Expand/Collapse" button on the right side of the results, as we discussed.

top icon = Play in Collection middle icon = Collection bottom icon = Single-Play Playbook

These will look better, we think, between Year and Author.

No column header (Record Type) is needed. The icon will be self-explanatory after a use or two, and we'll explain it in our About text.
