"About" menu needs to be slightly changed #221

Right now, you have to click the blue “About” to get to the page called “The History behind DEEP”….

We think it’s better to have About be non-clickable, instead just giving access to the menu beneath it (so simply remove the link from “About” but keep it working the same way otherwise), and then each static page gets its own link below.

We’d like to reorder these links as follows [the Flat Page name in admin is listed after in brackets just for clarity]:

The History behind DEEP [about] How to Use DEEP [using_deep] DEEP Update History [whats_new] Bibliographic Sources [sources] Abbreviations and References [abbrev] Download Data [download — not available to us in Flat Pages] How to Cite DEEP [cite] Contact Us [contact]

Is it possible to make [download] into a flat page that we can edit? Or at least we can edit the simple text part of it (if not the part that generates the downloadable files)?

Currently working on Desktop but not on Mobile (the arrow next to About does not actually do anything)
