Is there some way to make the links a little more noticeable? The one on the left ("How to Use") is the normal-defined link. It is a little hard to pick out. The one on the right ("Data Updates in DEEP 2.0") is manually coded as bold. I think it might be a little too strong, but I'm not sure.
Is there something in between that would work and could then be defined in the style sheet and automatically applied to all links?
