Make header about 25% larger #227

This way the logo will be bigger, which it needs to be...

I think the header is good on laptop now, but it needs to be made smaller for mobile. And I might tweak it just slightly smaller on non-mobile at this point, actually. Not much, just a little bit too big right now.
