Expand / Collapse all not working properly #33

Also, if one record is Expanded, and then another is expanded, then collapsing a record doesn't work.

Basically, something is wrong with the entire system for Expand and Collapse

Working as expected. Opens all or closes all. New use case for closing all when some are open 1) switch "Expand All" to "Close All" when one or more is opened
