This filter is currently putting the "display" data into the drop-down. The data for the filter terms is not in the database.
The current field "Genre (Annals)" at the Title level should be renamed Genre (Annals) Display, and should be the display data.
The Filter Terms field needs to be added from a table in the old database. It should take the form that all Filter Terms fields should have, with the possibility of selecting multiple discrete terms (i.e., exactly the way "Authors" at the Edition level is currently working)
