Layout and Naming of Fields in Results Display #68

See the attached -- color of field headers, etc., is all fine as is. This document addresses spacing, alignment, columns, and the way each field should be named. Note also the ordering of the items in the list is rearranged somewhat from what is there currently. The PDF should be the master guide to the full layout.

DEEP 2.0 Layout and Filters (22 12 10).pdf

Date of First Production (Annals) = data is missing in the db (see Issue under "Date of First Production"

Date of First Production (BritDrama) = Date of First Performance (BritDrama) currently

Company of First Production (Annals) = Company of First Performance currently Company of First Production (BritDrama) = .... Performance (BritDrama) currently Company Attribution (Title-Page) = Company Attribution currently

Note typo in current "Charachter List"

This isn't working quite as desired.

Layout is not correct, as the alignment of the columns is thrown off (I think) by items that should ALWAYS appear not appearing if no data in that field.

Some items that should ALWAYS appear do not appear if no data currently (e.g. Author).

see esp page 3-4 of the original document showing which field labels should ALWAYS appear and which should only appear if they have data to display.

This also needs to be done to the template for individual pages too (they work on a different template)

This should also address #151 and #163 once the layout is correct and can just be copied into the template for the individual pages.
