rename issue name:old was Add a AnyEvent::FTP::Server::Context::SQLite or something to demonstrate a totally virtual server

More I think about this, the more that I think that this should be AnyEvent::FTP::Server::Context::Memory, which should not have any deps that AEF doesn't already have.
