Update the ReadME.md #130

The current ReadMe.md contains details about the project but now since the project is complete we need to update the ReadME accordingly. The ReadME must contain:

Attach Images/ Videos of the working WebApp in the ReadME to make it more understandable. Refer to this for inspiration- https://github.com/upes-open/Auto-Infirmary/blob/master/README.md
