When the redhat-upgrade-tool-modules is removed during/after upgrade process and the rollback is performed, the redhat-upgrade-tool --clean cannot be used as there missing files on the /boot partition that have been part of the redhat-upgrade-tool-modules RPM. Now it requires reinstallation of the RPM.

Think about the safe solution.
