Document query string filters #187

Add missing documentation for supported query filters for the GET /me/accounts and GET /me/cards endpoints.

Also adjust whitespace and punctuation in these pages, and add a note about the possibility of there being multiple cards per currency.

@Americas good point — I'm actually not clear how that would be done, since the filters are inside the q query parameter (it would be more obvious if they were separate query parameters on their own, but I suppose that wasn't possible / appropriate here).

Do you happen to know off-hand how they are combined? I can take a look at the implementation otherwise.

Not sure actually, I believe it might be a space, but don't quote me on that :smile:
