[Bug]: Reminder does not popup automatically in system notification #118

Describe the bug

Create a task with a reminder but when the reminder date and time occur I don't get any windows system notification. I only get the notification if I manually click on overdue items on obsidian reminder list I am using windows 11 pro 22h2

Expected Behavior

When the reminder date and time match the current time, a windows notification should occur

Steps to reproduce

Turn on system notifications in obsidian. Create a task and assign a reminder date and wait for it to occur.
