[Feature]: Send notifications as webhooks #150

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

I realized that mobile doesn't have a notification feature.

I think getting notifications via telegram or discord would solve that problem.

Describe the feature

And it seems like there should be settings that can only work on certain computers.
