Updates:

split code-base to v2 and v3 of redactor (API is changed a little)
one bundle for both redactors (runtime version detection)
pass integration option to the widget
update widget to 3.x
add demo for v3 and for v2
add rollup and release-it the same way as https://github.com/uploadcare/uploadcare-ckeditor

Can we set repo with one version of the plugin, but these plugin will be support both version of redactor? @nd0ut
