Debian trixie images seem to be stuck at March 6 #14

The image for Debian trixie (the current Debian testing) seems to be stuck at 20240306-6 image. In the meantime, Debina trixie sees additional *t64 libraries migrated from Debian unstable, in addition to package upgrades. Could you please have a look at what happens with the image generation?

I will take a look at updating our debian image.

I'm running into some issue debootstrapping trixie https://github.com/upmaru/opsmaru-images/actions/runs/10451444274/job/28937878592 I will have to disable it for now and try again later.
