Delete upmin #161

Hello, I would like to remove Upmin rails because I do not need it anymore. But I'd delete it cleanly.

Apart delete the gem and delete the config file (config / initializers / upmin.rb) what do I remove other in my project?

If you have created custom Upmin models or views, you will need to remove those too. That's pretty much it.
