Add Norid implementation

The following operations are implemented for Norid:

• poll()
• domainAvailabilityCheck()
• register() - Admin, Billing contacts not supported. To create a registrant contact, an organisation number is required. This field is currently set in Configuration.
• transfer()
• renew()
• getInfo()
• updateRegistrantContact()
• updateNameservers()
• getEppCode()

The following operations aren't supported by Norid:

• setLock()
• setAutoRenew()
• updateIpsTag()
