Added the following to the README.md so that developers have a bit more context as to how the repo works, what it's made of, and where they can learn how to develop around it.

Deeper description of what the repository is and does
Knowledge section going into the frameworks and services that the repo uses
Section showing what resources to use so that you can operate repo
Created comments throughout codebase providing explicit directions to developers

Hi. We are using git-flow standard, so we need to merge this PR into develop (instead of master). Can you change that? Thanx for great work
