Implement back end functionality for storing resumes in the database #280

At the moment, the back end and database only store user data, but not resume data, and resume data and user data are treated as two separate tables. Implement the resume half so that the back end can access any created resumes and use them to turn them into a downloadable PDF

@irsaris @Negroni1 As already explained this is the task for implementing the database functionality for storing resumes and the back end functionality for the back end to access these resumes and handle them with DPFKit.
