[Lecture Topic Task] Fix notifications bug. #287

Fix bug that caused the website to not load due to it expecting android notifications, which the website does not have functionality for. By reading the errors and acting upon them, we have implemented testing and bug fixing in this issue.

The error was as follows: Web Bundling failed 2513ms (C:\Users\Gabriel\Desktop\UPRM Projects\Study Pet\semester-project-study-pet\node_modules\expo\AppEntry.js) Unable to resolve "react-native-web/dist/exports/PermissionsAndroid" from "pages\notifications.js"
