added flexgrow to the scroll bar so it changes size with the window resize

For what task was this for?

Because the scroll bar resizes but it still doesnt work properly since I can't scroll to see all of the pet attributes

Yeah i have tried different things but to no success , so im not sure if i could be able to fix it
