Added NMKD Siax and Superscale models #8

I added and tested NCNN-converted NMKD Siax and Superscale models. They work well with the images I've tested so far.

One note, I tried converting .pth- -> NCNN on an Apple Silicon laptop using the instructions provided. chaiNNer made some errors in the .pth -> ONNX conversion that made it invalid. I used the same instructions on an old Mac Intel laptop, and the conversion worked without a problem. Just so you know, in case future contributors run into this.
