Use ageRange as well as category to indicate age #7

At multiple points in the Upshot feed, the category "Older Adult (60+)" is used. Though this is helpful, a more reliable way to ensure end-users can find this set of opportunities would be to use ageRange, e.g.,

     "type": "QuantitativeValue",
     "minValue": 60
}
