Fix issue #23 #25

add '-1' in all columns to show pause event
add header columns in csv
improve saving to file speed by changing MIN_BATCH_SIZE and highWaterMark

thanks @Asc91 for contributing. I have tested this and working fine. next thing I am working on, I want to use icons in place of text buttons and on clicking stop data graph will stop on screen.
