scroll-to-focus does not work on mobile firefox

need to check on other mobile browsers.

Details: the fixed position circle is invisible, and when centering an .A (aisle) segment, either nothing happens, or, what is worse, the focused segment (more precisely: the .screenBackground) is scrolled into the center again. Under Artists, you can use the TOC.

Solution approaches: need to investigate.

Note: previously, the same happened only when scrolled right from the focus, not left.

Hint: when scrolling out, I can see the curcular pivot that is supposed to be fixed in the center of the screen. instead, it's somewhere in the top left area of the scrollable black background that the accordion is drawn onto. [firefox mobile on android]

Solution idea:

• custom-element fragment-me
• Knows its parent as well as its id
• WHEN parent is below the pivot-point at 40vh, 50vw from top left AND there has been no scrolling in the previous animationFrame THEN replace the hash by id
• In response, Restrictive will receive a new hash
• ...and can insert a center-me custom-element
