Re-activate Backend

Making sure:

• [ ] When I add a segment, a uid without collision is generated
• [ ] When I change the uid to an existing preset, I get the option to activate that preset
• [ ] While I am logged in via Google, I can toggle the editing controls -> #19
• Changes I do to Html are mirrored to the database.
• Changes I do to the database are mirrored in the segment.

Nice-to-haves:

• [x] I can continue working when I'm offline (offline-first model)
• [ ] When I'm logged in with different devices, I can continue editing on any device (conflict-free distributed editing)
• [ ] I can clearly see which changes are published and which are queued
• [x] I can undo any past action
• [ ] I can browse and compare versions by date

There are two backend documents:

• hypertext/entries: {uid:string} {content} where content is currently Html and will be Markdown
• log/entries: {actions:list (action, intentId)} where action is an auto-generated Codec from the Elm type
