Stage Management still has look & feel of old Backstage #1236

the Stage Management interfaces still have the look & feel of the old Backstage, with a different banner to the rest of the Studio interfaces and the loss of the top right-hand icons and navigation (player name & profile link, notifications icon, language switcher, version, & UpStage logo with links to Foyer and log out).

this is not super urgent but it would be good to make it more similar to the other interfaces.

@webdev604 can you make the top banner bar of the Stage Management interface be more the same as the Stages list? e.g. rather than the solid green, just the lighter green frame, and include all of the right-hand navigation in the top bar? this will make it more consistent with the rest of the Studio design.
