Cover image interface improvements

the pop-up window for uploading a new cover image for your stage still has the old Backstage interface design. it also takes a really long time to load all the thumbnails when you first come to the screen to choose a cover image, & this is very unnecessary.

suggested improvements:

• instead of displaying all media as thumbnails, could the pop-up window first show the filter options and the new button? this way you could select for example backdrops that are already on that stage, or that you have uploaded, and only those thumbnails need to be displayed.
• when i click to add a new image, i expect to see the same interface as i would when uploading an image from the Studio. can it have the same interface?

agree - for consistency and for those on less bandwidth slimming down the interface where possible is important

and a curious thing today: i've just deleted the extra media from the QMU instance, there are now only 8 media items on it, including one video file and one audio file. but when i went into the Cover Image selection interface of the Demo stage, it's displaying 29 thumbnails, some of which are broken image icons, but 11 of which are images that are NOT in the Studio Media list, & therefore presumably not on this UpStage server.

how can that be??
