upload limit not working, and no separate limit for video

previously we had a way to set separate upload limits for video (default 300 MB) and all other media (default 1 MB). just now i increased a player's upload limit so that they could experiment with some larger video sizes, and discovered that there is only one upload limit tool. so it's not possible to keep the general limit at 1MB while increasing the video limit.

i also checked some other players and discovered that a couple of the students i was working with a couple of weeks ago, whose upload limits were never changed from the default 1MB, had uploaded videos of 3.9 MB and 15.3 MB. this should not have been possible, so it seems that the upload limit is not working at all.

bianca & john reported that they can't upload video files larger than 150MB. the default video upload limit is supposed to be 300MB, & i had already increased their upload limit to 500MB.

hi @helenvarley where have you seen an option to set separate upload limits for video? today we have one upload limits option for media on user details and I couldn't find other option anywhere

we had this previously, in the earlier Backstage interface that has now been replaced by the Studio. unfortunately i don't have any screengrabs from that part of the system :/ at some point the interface got updated and that part just disappeared ...

previously the defaults were 300MB for video and 1MB for all other media, with the possibility for admins to over-ride this for specific players.
