package name #2

I believe the name of the library should be changed from upstash_py to upstash_redis. The py suffix does not add any value, and we have other products, so giving a more descriptive name with redis suffix would be better.

yes, that was the plan, currently it's a working title because @TudorZgimbau did not have access to our pypi org

Actually it's done. The original comment probably referred to the main branch, which is another matter. I think this can be closed.
