Easier statement reconciliation #29

There should be some kind of checkbox on the statement report so that you can 'check' items as you compare to statement.

This was originally written against the HTML reporting of the command line version. However, it's still applicable to the GUI version, since the current reconciliation dialog is entirely selection based, and the selection could get lost with an errant click.
